Customer interviews are an important part of the research phase for start-ups to to determine need, market size, and solution type.

About me

The journey

After founding Onvoii in December 2020, I enthusiastically dove head-first into building the business with a specific idea in mind. However, I soon realized I could only create an effective solution by speaking with the individuals I want to help. Understanding the need better yields a more impactful solution.

Why this matters

Professional women are busier than ever, managing competing priorities like career, personal life, family, and obligations with limited time. Shopping is one crucial component of daily living that shapes our experiences big and small and how you approach it matters. Additionally, shopping is one of the facets of the asymmetry of domestic labor that working women face, which has implications for career trajectory and mental health.
